Request a Return or Exchange

Return Policy (DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL)

If you're not in love with your Glas set, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. For exchanges or store credit, you have 30 days to start your return. Once your return is submitted, you’ll have 7 days to ship it back. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from refunds (not exchanges or store credit).

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only reserved once your return is scanned by the carrier. We recommend dropping off your return ASAP to increase the chances your requested item stays in stock. If it's sold out, you'll automatically receive store credit.

All items must be new and unworn. If returned items show signs of wear or damage beyond normal inspection, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps. If you purchased a full set and return only part of it, you’ll be charged full price for the item you keep and refunded the difference.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.
